LLE Registration Import Results

After you have selected the Registration radio button, the Import Results Filter will appear.

You can search through the following options:

HEP Code

Academic year

A dropdown with a choice of Academic Years.

File Import Status

A dropdown with a choice of import statuses:

• Processing
• Failed
• Successful
• Awaiting Processing

Date Imported (dd/mm/yyyy) From and To

The date range you want to check for file imports. You must use both of these fields.

Filter

After selecting the filter button, you'll see a list of all submitted registration import files.

You'll see the following headers: 

• HEP Code
• Academic Year
• File Name
• Date and Time Imported
• User
• File Import Status
• Days Left
• Last Updated Date and Time

The filenames in this list act as hyperlinks. Select a filename to view the details of the records in that file.
