Courses Management Service Webinar

November 2020

We designed the Courses Management Service (CMS) webinar to give CMS users advice about the academic year 2020/21 course submission process. We included information about full-time undergraduate, part-time and postgraduate courses.

The webinar covered:

  • entering course information on CMS
  • the correct application of flags
  • term dates
  • fee entry common errors
  • our approach to course entry validation

We also covered some changes needed as a result of student finance adjustments due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
