The LLE Provider Preparation Guide 

This guide has been created to help providers with their preparations for the Lifelong Learning Entitlement. The content and timeline provided aim to guide your organisation’s preparations for LLE by suggesting topics and actions for you to consider. The guide also sets out when you can expect further policy information and links to more information on the LLE.

This is the third iteration of this guide, following the first in May 2024 and the second in February 2025. It includes updated timings and detail in line with the policy update that was announced in July 2025.
