Courses Management Service (CMS) webinar, Winter 2026
The upcoming CMS webinar will provide the latest updates on course collection and CMS developments. It will also cover preparations for academic year (AY) 2027/28 as the sector moves into the second year of Lifelong Learning Entitlement (LLE) delivery. The session will focus on:
- lessons learned from the initial launch
- emerging operational priorities
- how providers can strengthen course management and data quality
- readiness for increasing volumes of flexible and modular learning
Attendees will hear about upcoming changes. There will be opportunities to share best practices. This will allow providers to make sure they're well positioned for another successful year of student finance delivery.
HE Service Review Forums, October and November 2026
The upcoming regional Service Review Forums will bring providers together to:
- review performance
- hear about important service developments
- discuss upcoming policy changes as preparations continue for AY 2027/28
The events will also provide an update on LLE Year 2 planning. This will help providers understand emerging priorities and future delivery expectations. For Bursary Administration Service (BAS) subscribers, dedicated sessions will explore BAS enhancements and LLE-related developments. These sessions will also offer opportunities to share insight, discuss changes and prepare for the next phase of delivery.
