Student information for academic year (AY) 2024/25
You should review and correct your AY 2024/25 approved applications on Student Information Service (SIS) before the first day of term. You can use the appropriate pre-liability change of circumstances (CoC) to make the changes needed.
End of year cleardown
Please prioritise any outstanding registration or attendance confirmations for AY 2023/24 courses, as well as for the years before. You should follow up all registrations with an appropriate attendance confirmation. You should also submit confirmations of non-attendance and any CoC notifications as soon as you know about them.
Awaiting body registration
You must make sure that students are correctly registered with the relevant awarding body before you confirm attendance on SIS. Whether you validate your own university courses, or they're validated by another awarding body, you must check that all student details are correct on both systems before you confirm attendance.
