Detailed attendance results

Once you've entered your search criteria, select Display Results to search all student details in the system. The search will retrieve those that match your criteria.

The search results will appear in the bottom section of the page. They'll be ordered alphabetically by surname.

The list below shows the fields you'll see for each student record.

• CRN: Customer Reference Number – these are unique student identifiers issued by SLC and included in all correspondence with the student. To view the SSN, click on the plus “+” sign next to the CRN and an expanded student detail pop up will appear.

• Full Name: the student’s full name.

• Course Name: the student’s course name.

• SLC Course Code: the SLC code of the student’s course or module.

• TFL Amount (£): the Tuition Fee Loan as requested by the student. This is the portion of their total fee paid by the Tuition Fee Loan.

• STP Amount (£): this is the tuition fee amount that the student must pay.

• AC1: a dropdown allowing for the selection of attendance codes for instalment 1.

• AC2: a dropdown allowing for the selection of attendance codes for instalment 2.

• AC3: a dropdown allowing for the selection of attendance codes for instalment 3.

• AC4: a dropdown allowing for the selection of attendance codes for instalment 4.
