Using an incorrect username or password

If you enter your username or password incorrectly, the system will prompt you to try again.

1. If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page.

2. The system will ask you to enter your username. Once you have done this, select Reset Password. We will automatically send you an email with a code.
   
   
3. Enter the code you get by email.
   
   
4. Enter your new password and confirm it.

Your password is case-sensitive. It must be at least 10 characters in length and must contain at least one letter, number and a special character. It cannot contain easily guessed words or sequences such as your username or 'password1'.

5. Select Change Password.
   
   
6. The system will ask you to sign in with your username and the new password you have just set up.
