Student application process

Students must submit an application for each HE Short Course Loan. They can use the same form to apply for up to 4 loans at the same time.

Students can get the application form from GOV.UK once they’ve signed into their online account. If they do not have an account yet, they can register for one online.

Once they’ve signed in, they can either digitally complete and upload an e-application form or download the form and submit their application by post.
