Editing undergraduate courses

To amend a course, select the Edit button in the Course Details section. You can change:

• term dates (but only if the change does not affect the first year start month)
• fee rates
• placement year
• course name
• UCAS code
• HEP codes
• intercalated course indicator

You can then either Save or Cancel your changes.

Editing course details after students have submitted applications to it can affect their assessment. If you need to edit a course after we've assessed students, you must contact ssin_queries@slc.co.uk and you will be asked to fill in a course change form before you make the change on CMS.

Please note that the following course details can't be amended once a course has been saved:

• Course locations
• Available domiciles
• Course intakes
• Full time course duration

If you need to make any of these edits you will need to create a new course and submit a change of circumstances for any affected students.
