It's time to submit full-time undergraduate courses and postgraduate master’s courses for Scottish students
You can now submit your academic year (AY) 2026/27 full time undergraduate courses on our Courses Management Service (CMS). Open full-time courses that were in CMS for academic year 2025/26 have been rolled over to the academic year 2026/27 tab.
You can also submit your postgraduate master's courses for Scottish-domiciled students.
Please complete your course submission by 20 February 2026.
It's your responsibility to make sure that you only submit designated courses. You can find more information about this in our CMS User Guide.
Please take care with your course information to ensure all course details are correct and align to policy and guidance. The CMS validation team may contact you to query course details, please respond to these emails as soon as possible.
New for AY 2026/27
Maximum full time undergraduate tuition fees have increased from £9,535 to £9,790. This applies to both new and returning students and is dependent on provider category. Please take care when entering tuition fees on CMS for AY 2026/27. We recommend you use the OfS fee limit update where needed. You can use it to help familiarise yourself with the correct fee limit for placement and study abroad courses.
Maximum full time undergraduate tuition fees for classroom-based foundation years remain at £5,760. This is dependent on provider category and HECoS codes on the course. Please take care when entering foundation year tuition fees on CMS for AY 2026/27. Further information on the affected HECoS codes is available on GOV.UK.
In preparation for LLE, we'll stop saving courses for new English students to CMS starting on 1 January 2027. We'll open course collection in June 2026 for these students as they'll now fall under LLE. You'll still be able to roll over your existing 1 January 2027 courses for your new and existing Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish students, as well as your returning English students.
