Course collection is open for part-time undergraduate courses and postgraduate master's courses for Northern Irish students

You can now submit your part-time undergraduate courses for academic year 2022/23 on our Courses Management Service (CMS).

All open courses that were in the Courses Management Service (CMS) for academic year 2021/22 have been rolled over to the academic year 2022/23 tab. These are now ready for you to review and save. You should complete your part-time undergraduate course submission by Friday 15 April 2022.

You can also submit your postgraduate courses for Northern Irish students. The deadline for submitting these courses is also 15 April 2022.

You can find more information about how to submit your courses in our CMS user guide. Please review the guidance before you submit your courses.

Please take extra care with your course information to ensure the course details are correct and align to policy and guidance.

Postgraduate courses for English and Welsh students are not yet ready for collection. We will let you know when you can submit these.

New for academic year 2022/23 – part-time undergraduate courses

When you enter course term dates, if you enter term dates that start or end on a weekend, the system will ask you to confirm this is correct before you can save the course.

You'll now have the option to choose a full-time equivalent duration of up to 8 years for a part-time undergraduate course.

We have also introduced a new qualification option on CMS. It is an Undergraduate Diploma, FHEQ level 6 at 120 credits.

If you have a DSA only course in academic year 2021/22, you do not need to save this course for academic year 2022/23. A DSA only course will be automatically created for you, and this will happen every year when courses are rolled over. You will not see this DSA course in your course listing. It will sit in the background, available for DSA only applications to be linked to. If you do not currently have a DSA only course but need one set up, please email our Partners Support Desk so we can do this for you
