Q1: Where attendance hasn’t been re‑confirmed yet for previous academic years, and the provider previously received tuition fees (therefore is in clawback). Could this clawback impact the next scheduled payment, regardless of which academic year or liability point the clawback relates to?

A:  Yes, clawback is applied regardless of the academic year. If a provider is due to repay funds to us, the amount will be recovered from their next scheduled payment.

Q2: If the CoC providers have sent will not be processed on time to allow them to confirm attendance, when will the tuition fee payment be made?

A: If attendance was not confirmed prior to the BACs deadline for payments, which was on Wednesday 6 May, the payment will be made the following Wednesday. Provided we have attendance confirmation by Thursday of the previous week.
