LLE Attendance Import Result

After you've selected Attendance, the Import Results Filter will appear.

You'll see the following search options:

HEP Code

Academic year

A dropdown menu with a choice of Academic Years.

File Import Status

A dropdown with a choice of import statuses:

• Processing
• Failed
• Successful
• Awaiting Processing
• Failed Header Validation

Date Imported (dd/mm/yyyy) From and To

The date range you want to check for file imports. You must use both of these fields.

Filter

This will bring up a list of all submitted attendance import files.

You'll see the following headers on the page:

• HEP Code
• Academic Year
• Filename
• Date and Time Imported
• User
• File Import Status
• Days Left
• Last Updated Date and Time

The filenames in this list act as hyperlinks. Select a filename to view the details of the records in that file.
