SIS User Group

The Student Information Service (SIS) User Group reviews the operational effectiveness of the system and enhances this with dialogue between SLC and Higher Education Provider staff, providing short and long term consensus on issues, developments and performance.

The objectives of the SIS User Group are: 

  • To review the known systems issues, verifying the conditions and scenarios and
  • Agree on temporary or interim solutions
  • Review guidance notes and identify changes and clarifications
  • To identify and scope proposals for service enhancements, reviewing the benefits and implications and validating the scope
  • To identify external factors that might influence the scope or value of the service
  • Provide feedback reports to the operations & HEI stakeholder group
