From today, Monday 1 October, please send your fee enquiries to our HEP Services mailbox (HEP_Services@slc.co.uk) as our Fee Payments mailbox has now closed.

The same team will still be answering your enquiries; we are simply rationalising the number of mailbox options.

Our HEP Services mailbox is managed by our Partners Support Desk as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday - 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
  • Friday - 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Our current Service Agreement is to respond to you within four working days (subject to review during peak processing).
