Attendance Management Updates

Important updates for the attention of SIS users concerning Attendance Management.

Updates have been made to the Service Definition document for the Attendance Management Service (Formerly known as the Student Information Service (SIS) Service Definition).

The new document outlines the responsibilities of users and the SLC referring to Attendance Management and has been updated to reflect process changes.

HE Portal User Review

As part of the changes we request that all HEPs review their User Profiles within the HE Portal to ensure they are up to date and that each user role and access is appropriate to each user according to their role within your institution.

Due to the integrity and confidentiality principles of the GDPR we require that any users who are still registered on the system, but no longer need access, be removed as soon as is reasonably possible for example, if they have left your institution or changed job role.
