Partners Support Desk
Our Partners Support Desk is the first point of contact for questions about individual students, operational procedures and using our systems.
Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The phone menu options are:

- option 3 – undergraduate
- option 4 – all other queries

Our Funding Information Services account managers work with careers advisers, outreach and recruitment staff and other sector professionals to deliver Matrix Standard accredited student funding information and support.
