Our Partners Support Desk is your first point of contact for questions about individual students, operational procedures and using our systems.
Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The phone menu options are:

HEP Account Managers
The HEP Account Manager is your primary adviser and the principal point of contact for service management, future developments and best practice.
Funding Information Service Account Managers
The Funding Information Service Account Managers are our experts for student finance information and guidance.
They work with careers advisers, outreach and recruitment staff, and other information and guidance professionals to incorporate student finance into further, higher and postgraduate education, delivering Matrix Standard accredited student funding information and support.
Regulation and Policy Practitioners' Helpline
The Regulation and Policy Practitioners' Helpline can help with detailed information about policy, regulations and administering the Courses Management Service. They can also help with more complex queries and eligibility or circumstantial questions.
Their opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:00pm.
